The subject of the painting is a warehouse containing a heap of paintings. Even at first sight we can easily notice that those are recent works. The concept is based on the idea that the ever more accelerated rhythm of creation and distribution of a huge amount of flashing images does not allow their proper digestion; moreover, that is not even desirable. That questions the need of their archiving and alludes to a self-deprecating idea regarding the legitimacy of the author’s own painting activity, which contributes in a way to the aforementioned production.
